The delivery time consists of two stages:

• The processing timet:

- Orders are verified, approved and packaged within 1 to 3 business days from the order date.

- Your package is then prepared for transport.

• Delivery time :

- When the package is taken care of by our carrier:

- Europe, United Kingdom: 6-9 working days

- United States, Canada: 5-8 business days

- Australia: 6-9 working days

- Rest of the world: 9-12 working days

At the house of Hello Vichy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days following receipt of your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the following information:

• Your first and last name.
• The email address used for the order.
• The order number, as indicated in the confirmation email received upon purchase.
