General conditions of sale

Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GCS”) define the terms of sale of the products and services offered by Milonos LLC via its website hellovichy.com (hereinafter the “Site”). These conditions specify the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with orders placed by customers (hereinafter the “Customer”). By accessing the Site and placing an order, the Customer unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.

Milonos LLC, whose head office is located at 1111b S Governors Avenue STE 23208 Dover, DE 19904 US, reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force and accessible on the Site on the date of the order. Definitions

The terms used in these T&Cs have the following meanings:

  • “Customer”: Any natural person aged 18 or over, placing an order on the Site for personal use.
  • “Order”: The act of purchasing products or services made by the Customer on the Site.
  • “Products”: The items or services available for sale on the Site.
  • “Site”: The online platform accessible at the address hellovichy.com, operated by Milonos LLC.

Products and descriptions

The Site offers a selection of products and services whose main characteristics are detailed in their descriptive sheets. Milonos LLC strives to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and images, although minimal differences may exist, particularly due to variations in presentation on screens.

Orders and purchasing process

To place an order, the Customer selects the desired products, adds them to their shopping cart, and provides the necessary information, such as their delivery address and payment details. Before finalizing the order, the Customer must accept these General Terms and Conditions.

The order is only considered final after receipt of full payment. Written confirmation is sent to the Customer by email, followed by a second email informing them of the shipment of the products. Milonos LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraudulent use or non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Product availability

Orders are fulfilled while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. If a payment has already been made, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days to the bank account used for the purchase.

Rates and payment terms

All prices displayed on the Site are in euros, including all taxes. Applicable delivery charges are specified before order confirmation. Payment is made exclusively by credit card via a secure platform. Milonos LLC never has access to the Client's banking data.

In the event of a change in prices, the new prices will be communicated to the Customer before their application.The Customer who has subscribed to a subscription will be informed of any price revisions at least two months before they come into effect, with the possibility of terminating the subscription if the new conditions do not suit them.

Delivery of products

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, within the timeframes specified on the Site. Although Milonos LLC strives to meet these deadlines, delays beyond its control may occur. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may cancel their order and obtain a full refund.

The Customer is advised to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of damage or doubt, it is advisable to refuse the package and immediately inform Milonos LLC.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

To do this, the Client must inform Milonos LLC by using the withdrawal form available on the Site or by any other written means. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documents, at the Customer's expense. The refund, including the initial delivery costs, will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned products.

Guarantees and responsibilities

The products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code. In the event of a defect or problem encountered with a product, the Customer must contact customer service to obtain an appropriate solution (replacement, repair or refund).

Personal data

Personal data collected as part of orders are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site. Milonos LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and complying with applicable data protection regulations.

Disputes and applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of Milonos LLCIn the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If no solution is found, the Customer may refer the matter to the competent courts.
